Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us immediately at support@jackeeta.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) and Next Day Delivery options are available. Processing time is 1-2 business days before shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our shipping partner's website or in your account dashboard.

How do I return an item?

Email support@jackeeta.com with your order number. We'll send you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label. Package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

For the fastest service, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the size or color you prefer.
